Sixty days counted from the day your card was charged — not the day the box arrived — to send the product back and reclaim what you paid for it. Bottles you have already worked through count, which is the whole point of a trial window on something you cannot judge unopened.
Sixty days also happens to be the length of an honest test. Month one tells you whether cravings shifted; month two tells you whether that held. The routine page explains how to run it so day sixty produces a decision rather than a shrug.
Do These In This Order
- Find the order number. It landed in your inbox moments after the payment cleared. If it has vanished, search your mail for the product name and check promotions and junk before assuming it never came.
- Message the seller before anything is posted. Reply to that confirmation email and ask for two things: authorisation to return, and the address they want it sent to today. Return addresses move, and a box delivered to an old one is genuinely hard to chase.
- Pack the entire order. Empty bottles, part-used bottles, sealed bottles. Write the authorisation reference clearly where it cannot be missed on the outer packaging.
- Send it tracked. Skip this and there is no way to show the parcel arrived, which is the single most common reason a claim stalls. Return postage normally comes out of your own pocket.
- Keep the tracking reference. Do not delete it until the money is visible. The seller needs a few working days once the box lands, and your bank adds its own settlement time.
What Comes Back
What you paid for the product. Outbound delivery and return postage are both normally money you do not see again. That is standard for a window of this shape and it is better learned now than at the point of claiming.

Four Ways A Claim Fails
- Leaving it to day sixty-one. Counting begins the moment you pay, and nobody has leeway on that. As soon as the parcel lands, set an alarm for day fifty.
- Posting it untracked. From the seller’s side, a parcel nobody can prove arrived is a parcel that did not.
- Buying somewhere unofficial. This window belongs to the official seller. Bottles from a marketplace listing fall under that platform’s rules, assuming it has any.
- Posting first and asking afterwards. A box with no reference and no warning is difficult to match to any order.
